Made for Belgium 🇧🇪
Built for the way Belgian freelancers actually work.
Whether you're a full-time freelancer, running a management company, or somewhere in between — Labeur tracks the things that matter to you and your accountant.
Every kilometer counts
Belgium's tax-free bike allowance pays per kilometer commuted. Labeur logs every bike day with distance, so you have airtight records when your management company or accountant needs them.
Home vs office, always clear
Justifying home-office expenses or proving office presence to a client? Tag every workday as Home or Office and never guess at the end of the quarter again.
A clean monthly report
Every month: total days worked, home/office split, commute breakdown, total cycling kilometers. One screen. Forward it to your accountant and move on with your day.

Features
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Labeur does one thing well: it helps Belgian freelancers keep track of their workdays without getting in the way.
Two-tap logging
Open the app, tap "did you work?", pick where. Done in under five seconds — even between client calls.
Half-day support
Worked the morning, took a half-day leave? Flag it as a half day so your invoicing and reports add up correctly.
Fietsvergoeding tracking
Total bike kilometers per month, ready for your bike allowance paperwork — RSZ, your management company, or your own pocket.
Monthly reports
Days worked, home/office split, commute breakdown, cycling km — all on one screen. Pick any month and export it as CSV for your accountant, or screenshot it.
Your data is yours alone.
Labeur was built with a simple philosophy: your work data is nobody's business but your own. We collect absolutely nothing. No analytics, no crash reporting, no usage data, no personal information. Everything lives on your device and never leaves it.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Everything you might want to know before downloading Labeur.
Can I use Labeur to track my fietsvergoeding (bike allowance)?
Yes. Labeur lets you mark a workday as a bike commute and add the kilometers you cycled. At the end of the month you get a clean total of bike days and kilometers — exactly what you need for your bike allowance paperwork, whether that goes through your management company, your accountant or your own bookkeeping.
Is Labeur for employees or freelancers?
Labeur is built for Belgian freelancers, zelfstandigen and management company owners. The structure (workdays, half days, home vs office, commute method, monthly reports) is designed around how Belgian self-employed admin actually works — not around employee timesheets.
That said, employees who want to keep a personal log of home/office days and bike kilometers can absolutely use it too.
Does Labeur store my data in the cloud?
No. Everything stays on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics, no third-party SDKs and no network requests. If you delete the app, the data is gone.
Can I send my monthly report to my accountant?
Yes. The reports screen shows days worked, half days, home vs office split, commute breakdown and total cycling kilometers for any month you pick. You can export the month as a CSV file straight to your boekhouder, screenshot the screen, or copy the numbers into your own monthly overview — whichever fits your workflow.
Does Labeur work without internet or an account?
Yes. Labeur works fully offline. You don't create an account, you don't log in, and you don't need a connection to log a day or view a report.
What does Labeur cost?
Two options on the App Store: €0.99/month as a subscription, or €21.99 as a one-time purchase that's yours forever. Pick whichever fits — the lifetime price pays for itself in under two years versus monthly.
Which devices does Labeur support?
Labeur is an iPhone app and requires iOS 17 or later. There is no Android, web or Mac version today.
